Hostolute provides web hosting services including storage, bandwidth, email accounts, SSL certificates, backups, and related features. Services are offered on an annual billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
2. Account & Usage
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Services may not be used for illegal activity, spamming, malware distribution, or hosting prohibited content.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments & Renewals
- All plans are billed annually in advance.
- Payment must be made before activation or renewal.
- Non-payment after the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans.
- Refunds are not available for domain registrations, SSL certificates, or migration services once completed.
5. Data & Backups
- Hostolute performs regular backups. However, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- We are not liable for data loss caused by user actions, third-party scripts, or external attacks.
6. Service Modifications
We may modify features, pricing, or policies with prior notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
